Industry session progress is not updating.

Hello FRT team,
I am Mitanshu Patel, I have completed my learning session on FRT as the next step I have to complete my industrial session by watching that videos.
I am facing an issue in the Industrial session, I watched the complete video (mandatory + 1 other) multiple times but then also it showed incomplete.
My project last submission date is 26 April 2023. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
