Windows build missing features (no login, no agents, no /explore, no /plan, no interactive mode) #1035

Describe the bug

Hi,
I installed Copilot CLI v0.0.387 on Windows 11 (x64).
The binary runs, but the Windows build seems to be missing almost all features described in the changelog and documentation.

What does NOT work on Windows:

  • copilot login
  • copilot auth login
  • copilot /explore
  • copilot /plan
  • copilot /review
  • copilot /task
  • interactive mode (-i)
  • agents
  • directory context
  • code review
  • project analysis

The CLI only works with -p (prompt mode).
No authentication is possible, and none of the new features are available.

Is this expected?
Is the Windows build incomplete or experimental?

Thanks.
