Multiple filter support on table views

What problem does this solve

Currently with the tables, we have one scopable array that will display the results based on the scope you select. I need to be able to filter by multiple attributes (example: active properties in the blockchain audience that are websites order by created at desc)

Describe the solution you'd like

In the past, we had a searchable object that allowed for in-depth searching and filtering. I'd like to see this come back.

I believe we are looking into adding Kendo for this - holding off until we get the final answer on that.
