Add details of compilation failures to logs / output CSVs

Currently, test exceptions are logged in the CSV output from the samplers. This should be extended to include compilation reasons; if space doesn't allow in the CSV then it should at least go in stdout/stderr. Likewise the stack trace of test fails could be added to the stdout.
