Help compiling with Android Studio Ladybug

Is it possible to compile this with the latest Android Studio? I'm not at all familiar with Gradle but it appears the versions that originally built this are no longer supported.

Yes it's possible to compile with Android Studio Ladybug.

Just change
import android.support.v7.app.AppCompatActivity; => import androidx.appcompat.app.AppCompatActivity;
import android.widget.Switch; => import androidx.appcompat.widget.SwitchCompat;

then accept the necessary changes.
