Can you provide version information?

Hi, thank you for the great sharing. 
I really appreciate if you could specify the version of Keras as well as python. 

I have tried to run `./run_mtae_gpu.sh` with Keras==1.0.3, but it gives an error "cannot import name AutoEncoder".
