[FEAT] Add something to let know something is happening during analysis #64

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I launch plumber analyze, a few lines are displayed, then nothing happens during ~15 seconds. I don't know if it's working in the background or if there is a bug.

Add something to let me know that something is working in background. I don't what but we can find good examples with other cli tools
