Reproducing different configs

Hi,
Thanks for this great work! I am trying to reproduce different results from different configs B, C, D, E and F. Are there modular parts in code such that I can remove and quickly make it suitable for different configs? Because as far as I can see, I need to find the changes made for different configs in the code one by one.
