Research feasibility to Upgrade to Nuxt 4

Currently the application is developed using Nuxt 3, which works great. However, there is a currently a very annoying feature regarding compatibilityDate: '2025-01-12' feature. Which seems to cause a build & deploy failure on netlify.

For some reason when this property is there in nuxt.config.ts the deploy fails, and the only way to fix it is to remove the property and recommit the code and redo the build and deployments phase. This is extremely annoying.
