Koryphe 2.0

Koryphe is a library of functions used by https://github.com/gchq/Gaffer and https://github.com/gchq/Palisade.

We have just released Koryphe 2.0, which is intended for use with a forthcoming Gaffer 2.0. It is NOT compatible with Gaffer 1.*
The major changes from Koryphe 1 are:

1. An up version from Java 8 to Java 11.
2. An up version of Jackson Databind to 2.11.4.
3. Some deprecated code has been removed.
