TNEF parser cannot extract Google Calendar

I have a winmail.dat file with a calendar attachment inside:
calendar-tnef.dat.zip

This library shows that there are no attachments at all but an external app "TNEF extractor" extracts from it the ICS file with a Google Calendar:
debug calendar - enforce RTF 2.ics.zip
