[BUG] - Text effect diminish points selectable even if not visible

When a text effect is not visible (hidden via property or timeline panels), its diminish points are still selectable, and if selected prior, movable. This can (and has for me) lead to "silent mistakes" when the user will modify an invisible text effect.
If the text effect is activated later, it seems like it magically broke...
