Update front page of the docs to explain what `freemocap` actually is

The landing page of the docs doesn't actually explain what freemocap actually is

We should add some of that context for the case where someone winds up on that page without fully understanding what we do.

Maybe just words, maybe with images, maybe with a video (like the website)
