Add Re-link ability to externalBugId on SSC issues #64
Description
When attempting to keep the bug duplication to a minimum, I have noticed there is no way to re-link an existing external bug ID to the issue. It seems there is no way to link an external bug id with an issue without filing a new bug.
From what I have read there is no way to do this via REST.
Adding this feature would allow for simple management of new-versions with duplicate vulnerabilities. It would also allow for a simple way to re-add an issue if it was unlinked.
