Automatic horizontal scroll when text is to big to fit inside screen

Cannot see entire string or value if screen is too small.

Describe the solution you'd like?

When the cursor is in the item that exceeds the screen roll make the text move to the left so we can see the rest. If possible when the cursor moves out of the item then reset to the original state.

Thank you for the feature suggestion! The library already supports manual scrolling through long menu items using the left and right controls, as noted in the documentation. Implementing automatic scrolling would introduce extra complexity and might reduce user control. At this time, the manual method provides a clear, predictable way to see long text. We’ll consider automatic scrolling if multiple users request it or a compelling design emerges, but for now we’ll keep the existing manual scroll behavior.

Okay sure, but how do you exactly do that with a rotary encoder? The left and right controls move the menu up and down, they don't scroll the items left to right.
