Clients Template rendering

HGA system has Client Template - supposed to be Blue with our Logo in place of FT. Users report it as changed to default green. When Administrator access Client account - green template seen - tr to go back to client settings - the following error message shows.

Administrator has no control and cannot recover. Any ideas = help PLEASE
