Comma in sen::Mesh::resetVerticesTo_uq for-loop Condition

In the condition i < static_cast<int>(vertices.size()), j < q_size of the for-loop in sen::Mesh::resetVerticesTo_uq, there is a comma between the two comparisons. Is this intentional or should this have been a &&?
