Description
This brings forward the feature request that was first discussed at:
Since the issue was not related to it and is now closed, it was necessary to open a new issue.
As discussed by @abhi18av, it would be easier for people not familiar with YAML to also accept the input data via a CSV/TSV samplesheet.
Ideally, the pipeline would recognize de suffix and choose the best way to load it.
