Is it because they don't instant break? If this is the reason, can you check for enchantments of an item in hand? If high enough efficiency on an axe, they will instant break.

I will achieve this feature when i has more free time

This feature would definitely be useful, especially with 1.17 and the expansive caves that will go through food rather quickly.
