a -j max_jobs option would be nice

-j max_jobs: maximum number of process to run in parallel
would be amazing when attempting to standardize a large collection of molecules.

Implementing -j require to know more about the structure of the code.
Note that if you have a function
f: in_mol -> out_mol
(in_mol being a molcule to standardize, and out_mol being
its standardized version) in your code, parallelizing it should be trivial.
