[Sugestion] add a more detailed tutorials on how to get the individual bios

Im having a really hard time finding the bios, im not very experienced but Ive dug around and the GBARunner3 and ColecoDS repository are not very beginner friendly

I can add guides on how to dump your own bios, if that would be helpful. That's the most I can do though.
