error while installing plugin

Need help in installing this plugin , OSX Yosemite

Fedora 22 here and I have the same issue:

Here are the listed gems:

and here is my vagrant version:

$ rpm -q vagrant

Fedora 23 here, exactly same issue as noted above. Anyone found a solution?
