R2labSidecar is not reliable enough

extensive tests show that we sometimes get an odd behaviour

it runs smoothly against a local sidecar on http, but when using the production sidecar it fails easily

Have started to shift from socketIO-client to socketIO-client-2 because the latter obviously is a fork from the former, and it is on github; this required additions though as the fork was missing the once and off methods.

I guess the best path would be to go for a little downscaling and to use raw websockets instead, esp. as this library here

would finally provide an asyncio-compatible layer

Let's leave things as-is for now and just make sure to use R2labSidecar only on non-critical paths, and move to websockets when we have a chance, might require a few days though
