feat: add EDIFACT parsing functionality

United Nations/Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport (UN/EDIFACT) is common "almost fixed-width" format that could easily be supported by creating EDIFACT schema and parser support. Rest to make this happen should already be implemented.
