MAY/OPTIONAL checks get marked as a FAIL but the reports are not reflecting the optionality of the normative text #127
Description
At the moment we took a stance that MAY/OPTIONAL items should be checked for pass/fail as all other Keywords, then the UI report will handle for their optionality. This has lead to some strange issues in reports.
I think we should revise the decision to check optional items and avoid marking them as a fail.
