Make rule counts per entity dynamic #126
Description
In the web output, it would be ideal to show a list of requirements (total, passed, and failed) per entity, and for that to be dynamic, based on user choice. The failed count can be inferred from the current "required" and "passed", but it would be helpful to call them out explicitly.
For example, when I choose to filter out Composite rules, I would prefer the metrics in the Billed Cost section to say 7 requirements | 5 passed | 2 failed, or at least 7 requirements | 5 passed -- but currently the number of requirements stays at 8, regardless of user choice. (See red oval.)
