I'm just looking at the principles. Might I propose that they are all action-oriented and stakeholder led? This would help reduce the cognitive load and therefore speed to understanding. For example, "The business value of cloud drives decisions"; "Teams collaborate on value-oriented decisions"; "Suppliers make FinOps data accessible and timely"; "Teams look to benefit from variable cloud cost models"
