File cutting is not the desired result, what's wrong with it?

when I set --slice-size=8589934592 (8GB)，but the result is 8591957502 (8.1GB)

The slice-size parameter sets the size of the slice data itself, which does not contain the size of the extra fields converted to the IPLD structure, so the resulting slice will be larger than the original one. We can set this value to something less than 8GiB, exp 7.5 GiB or so, and the resulting size will be close 8GiB.
