Implement new survey questions (for Jenn's work)

New structure should be:

After level 3 - keep the demographics survey

After level 4,5,6: Jen’s surveys

After level 10,15,20,25, 30, 35, 40 - The experience sample (i.e “How are you feeling…”)

Remove any surveys not listed above (i.e. science interest/identity/efficacy, Hanson interests survey, values, "enjoyment").

From Jenn: I played through several times today, and everything seems spot on. I made it through my surveys in both English and Spanish. I thought I missed one the first time through, but I must have just been in the zone and filled it out without thinking because the second time I played through the English version I got all 12 questions. I made it through level 15 in the first play through (in part because I thought I was still waiting on another survey). Let me know if you need me to keep going.
