GMSH case for multiple subdomains #119
Description
Yesterday with @hhy2022 we realised there wasn't any GMSH tutorial for a geometry with multiple subdomains.
There are some subtleties when it comes to tagging, fragmenting, etc. We should extend the GMSH section!
