Executor should offer more precise time logging

By now, the start and end time of a diagram execution is presented with minutes precision only in the Output Console window:

This is very poor (unnecessarily), even considering the delaying effects of Structorizer. The date/time formatting should also show the seconds and milliseconds (on this occasion, we might prefer the ISO date representation):

In addition, the Executor should provide a rough account of the elapsed actual execution time (kind of stop watch), which is not to involve times of user interaction (step mode, input and output confirmation, etc.) and only as little interpretation and presentation overhead as possible.

Though it is possible to accumulate the process time on specific expression evaluation steps, the obtained time value will inevitably be flawed by thread switches, i.e., JVM scheduling events will mix in time consumption of GUI (and other parallel) activities.

So the obtained elapsed time will rather be some upper bound for a certain algorithm and may be pretty confusing since in step mode the time for the same diagram with same data may be smaller by a factor of three or four in comparison to run mode - simply because in step mode there is less parallel activity delaying the expression evaluation calls:
