Consider dropping old scripts

manpage scan reminded me that we have quite a few of old scripts inherited from jpackage that I have never heard of, for example check-binary-files. They're not documented anywhere and are not used by any specfile. What about dropping them?

I can confirm that we are not using that one either.

Dropping these old scripts will allow removing dependency on findutils
