No 'Translate page' context menu in Thunderbird

Describe the bug
In thunderbird I do not see the 'Translate page' context menu when right clicking in an email message.

The context menu is enabled in the Web Translate settings.

All other features appear to be working. The translate selected text context menu appears as expected. Clicking on the Web Translate button in the toolbar shows the popup as expected.

Expected behavior
The context menu to translate the message is shown when right clicking in email.

Device info:

• operating system: Manjaro linux
• Browser and version: Thunderbird 91.3.2 (64-bit)
• addon version: Web Translate 3.6

Error messages
No errors show in the developer console for the addon when loading an email, or right clicking in it to bring up the context menu. There are some errors shown when operating using the addon to successfully translate selected text, or open the popup.

Just realised #6 is the same issue. I didn't even look before since it's marked as an enhancement.

If this is known not to be a feature, it would be clearer if the option wasn't in the app setting, and the description on the add-on page didn't indicate this was a feature .

Good point, for now I will remove it from the Options page.
I wish I had more time working on all my addons :(
