Select  the translation engines option in any menus



I am requesting a new arrangement(development) that can select translate engines from the main extension menu and context menu.(speedly)
option: add , the remember translation history option 
add:thefreedictionary.com or smiliar (as smartest smartly)(has been big contexts)
