Extracting Sega Genesis Roms on Sega Vintage Collection

I've gotten a hacked xbox 360 and ive wanted to try and inject & extract a genesis rom into sega vintage collection, how can i do this?

Most of the games are compressed in a way that hasn't been cracked yet, but there's been some success with memory dumps. I've seen a method on how to extract Monster World IV over at No-Intro, since it's embedded into the executable, not a separate ROM file that's been compressed.
