Why can't I get the access to the checkpoint on Huggingface

Thanks for the sharing the work, which is quite excellent. But when I tried to apply for the permission for the checkpoint on Huggingface, I've been rejected twice, no matter which organization I filled in. Could you explain me why and show me how can I get the access to the ckpt? Thank you
