Can't set listen interface for netconsd

Hi, try to setup netconsd to listen for packets on node management ipaddr

[root@host:/]# netconsd -a 10.10.1.14 -u 6655
[fb-netconsd] main.c:50: FATAL: invalid listen address
Aborted (core dumped)

The declared address exists on this host

The program isn't supported version print info, so dnf info is:

Well, I just checked - message passing works on IPv4 only network. It turns out that the only thing missing is support for specifying a specific address to create the expected configuration

[root@infra1:/]# ss -tulpan | grep netconsd

@k0ste I opened #22 to address this, but in the meantime, if you pass -a "::ffff:10.10.1.14" it should work.
