Question: When I click search I get a 403

Hello,

Just wondering if you can please point me in the right direction with EvoCheck v0.2 in an Evo 1.2.1 site.

When I click search, I get a 403 error.

PHP 7.1 (same thing happened in 5.6).

Any ideas on what I might have to tweak to get it working?

ps I see the module creates a manager folder with an evocheck.php file inside. I use a custom manager folder name so the evocheck.php file is not created in my actual manager folder. Is it ok to delete this file or should I update the path somewhere?

I worked out how to fix the 403 error... Enabling the manager folder's .htaccess file (renaming ht.access) did the trick for me. Now the search works as expected.

I still have a query re the module creating a manager folder with an evocheck.php file inside.
If using the module and this file is not needed, it would be nice to have the option to turn it off.

Thanks for the info, I do not know how to install a file into a custom manager-dir. As I know, the Store-module only decompresses a ZIP with original directory-structure. @Dmi3yy Is it possible to install files into custom manager-dir via Store-module?

Reg. renaming ht.access in manager, maybe you have a special server so it is needed? Nice you found a fix!

Hmm, I think it must be, It's a litespeed server and seems to have a few quirks :)
