elementary_tests.exe: Photocam crashs

Photocam has an option to "Select Photo" which should open a new window so you
may select an image to use on the application. But on Windows by clicking on it,
it freezes every elementary_test windows.

Some times it may raise an error with it, but I couldn't reproduce it after the
3rd time. Once, it did show the directory list but I couldn't open any folder,
and by trying to open a directory it broke. - On Linux, with the master branch,
it just doesn't open any image.

Expected behavior

To open a directory list, where the user may open folders and select the file.

Actual behavior

In general, it freezes all the applications, but some times, in addition, it
raises an error, and some times it works really poorly as the user is unable to
go through folders, and by selecting a non-image everything brakes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run elementary__test.exe
2. Open Photocam
3. Click on Select Photo
