What is the current behavior?

Mission (ID12) can not be ended because nothing can be found at the marked point.

What is the expected behavior?

Normally there should be an HUV(?)

I think that in order for that to be possible, HUVs and chase mode need to be implemented.

Yes. I that is the problem here.

Proper description what is needed for it:

1. Loading navmeshes serverside, we already have them thanks to the leak. I've already written a basic parser (https://github.com/exmex/DCNC-Tools/blob/master/Libs/DCNC_Tools/Formats/TCS.cs) but it still needs understanding how the nodes are linked etc. and I started to "re-create" the TrafficAgent viewer (https://github.com/exmex/DCNC-Tools/tree/master/Tools/DCNC_TrafficMap):
   

2. Figuring the whole Observer part out. (I assume the observer is the TrafficAgent, I could be wrong though and it uses a P2P system)

3. Figuring the whole packet structure out, what packet gets sent first, what packets get sent regularly, how do we keep track of all vehicles etc. (For that we probably implement another server just like DC did with TrafficAgent, which handles only traffic&HUV data)
