Binder does not show

Pressing the rocket button at the top of this website is supposed to show a corresponding Binder page. But it shows 404 : Not Found.

Ah - I think it is because the path to the book pages isn't correct - seems to be missing the book/ folder in there

The repo url was pointing to the quantecon-example repository as opposed to quantecon-mini-example. I fixed this but now I get a 403 : Forbidden error
