Becoming a US-listed company will come with many challenges. We will be subject to strict regulations regarding how we conduct our business, from corporate governance to transparency to risk management. Our performance will be evaluated by world-class investors daily and the feedback will be immediate. We will be compared with the best and brightest of companies in the US and around the world.
We are choosing to do this because it is our way of growth. Constantly challenging ourselves to higher goals and standards and competing with the best out there is how we built our company in the last 19 years. By entering the global stage in a public and committed manner, we will have the opportunity to become ‘young’ and ‘small’ again, which is what I always hope for our company.
