[BUG] All questions in the bank listed after reassigning a question from one topic to another topic

What Happened?

I am reassigning a particular question from one topic T1 to another topic T2. After this is completed, all the questions in the bank is listed in the first topic T1.

What is expected to happen.

Only the questions from the current topic T1 should be listed.

To Reproduce

Go to a particular bank
Select a particular topic
Assign a selected question to another topic from the same bank using the pull down menu on the right side.
The selected question will be assigned to the new topic as well.

But all the questions in the bank will be listed in the current topic T1.

This is a temporary issue. Once we refresh the page, only the questions from T1 is listed.
