The "16 characters per line" means that Glitch Machine files can't consistently run. #3

This seems to be because glitch.py treats each digit in a decimal variable as a "character", whereas Glitch Machine does not. For example, this track: glitch://scratches_rework!19.18.13.19.18.13.16.13!aFk8hq!ad3k!pao10k1f2h2d3fd1k!a6k60holp2ql!p2q1j80nn!paCkC0hf!4qaAk2hd4q1jn!p2e!ao5kf!paadpd2k!aBk80hhf!7.8.A.A.9.B.Ca12k7hq!q!18q1q!FFlf2ep doesn't work unless I comment out that particular line of code (at which point it displays out of bounds in glitched.py). It outputs a .wav correctly when using glitter.py.
