Hi, I'm building an NFT market on Cardano but haven't found an agreeable way to guarantee settlement when a token is sent.

Is it now possible to swap with multiple chains via Ergo? If so, any guidance towards a bridge to Cardano would be much appreciated. Alternatively, some way to use a cardano tx as an oracle would be sufficient to settle a trade.
