[FEATURE] Add a pre-commit hook that uses the `labdoc` container image

## Motivation

There is already a pre-commit hook that builds and uses the Go binary. Since there is also a Container Image available, a hook should be added that uses the Container Image.

## Proposed Solution

Add the new pre-commit hook and test it.
