According to the QC rules, PREWORKT3/PREWORKT4 should only be displayed if (PREWORKSTNUM <> NA) OR (PREWORKFULLST <> NA) OR (PREWORKAPT <> NA) OR (PREWORKCITY <> NA) or (PREWORKST <> NA) or (PREWORKZIP <> NA) or (PREWORKCOUNTRY <> NA) or (PREWORKCITY_FOLLOWUP <> NA) or (PREWORKST_FOLLOWUP <> NA) or (PREWORKZIP_FOLLOWUP <> NA) or (PREWORKCOUNTRY_FOLLOWUP <> NA).

Many participants spanning from 2022-2024 left those address questions all null and still saw and responded to PREWORKT3/PREWORKT4

This may be an issue with the QC rule itself. From the latest Qx (https://nih.app.box.com/file/1584107694906) and the previous skip flow logic chart, it looks like so long as a participant answered PREWORK=1 and PREWORKRES=1, they would see PREWORKT3/4
