ERROR 1064 in makeDb.sql of mm10

When I run this
cat makeDb.sql | mysql -u hguser -p mm10
Enter password:
ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 22: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '\N,

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
