Need help to install on Seeq Datalab

Hi,
as a novice python user, i can't install this library.
Cloned the git into a folder in my project, then ran pip install; I get this error :

ERROR: You must give at least one requirement to install (see "pip help install")
Note: you may need to restart the kernel to use updated packages.

pip install -r setup.py gives same error

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Seeq Datalab, so I don't know if the issue is related the Seeq, but I can help with general troubleshooting.

1. This library only works if you're running Windows
2. Make sure your cd (current directory) is set to .../PySAPRPA (inside the file path of package you downloaded, where the setup.py file lives)
3. Run pip install .

If these directions are confusing, ChatGPT should be able to help clarify how to set your cd, and how to run pip install .. Please let me know if you have any more questions
