Viewing and accessing media files on web client

The user should be able to see audio files when traversing media dirs on the web client.  The user should be able to use built-in browser functionality to "stream" the media files.  This will be a "proof of concept" streaming, where the user is simply directed to the media file, and the built in browser media player plays the file.
